This downtown Toronto building was transformed with a modern design using a combination of black ACM panels and Red Cedar aluminum siding on both the walls and soffits. Despite challenges like limited access to side elevations and a high-traffic location, the project successfully revitalized the exterior with low-maintenance and contemporary materials, which brought new life to an aging structure.
